Easter Bread

5lbs Flour
1 dozen eggs
4 cups sugar
250 ml Butter (half of a block or pound)
1 cup of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 package of Fleischman's yeast or one large soup spoon
lemon peel
4 cups of milk

yeast - in a cup, add 1 spoon of sugar plus 1/4 hot water (not boiling). Mix well and let sit for 15 minutes.
-warm milk + butter (not boiling) plus lemon
-in pan break whole eggs plus sugar iwht the electrick cake beater. Add milk and yeast and 1/2 oil and flour(sifted) and just mix till it is all incorporated about 5 minutes and then let sit for 10 minutes. Than mix it with your hands and rest of oil and (1/2 cup of vodka or anizette). When its all done, cover and let rise about 8 hours and bake.
