1 1/2 pounds of shrimp
4 tbsp butter

Some sea salt( heart attack warning)
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
2-4 minced cloves of garlic (depending on whether you expect to encounter vampires in the evening)
1/4 cup of chicken or vegetable stock
juice and zest of one lemon or more to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
